The Graduate School induction for new students will be held on Friday 4th October from 11.30am.
The Graduate School induction for new students will be held on Friday 4th October from 11.30am and will include an overview of the doctoral researcher training programme, current PhD students discussing the experiences they have had beyond the lab (including taking their work to some rather diverse audiences and volunteering in Ethiopia) and what to expect from PhD study. The formal part of the event will be followed by a Research Treasure Hunt and drinks at the Hillhead Bookclub. New students should register by emailing the Graduate School.
